Year 6 Transition to Secondary School

Once your child reaches Year 6, you will need to apply for a Secondary School for them. All applications are made online using this website. The website is the same regardless of where you live. Applications usually open at the beginning of September and close at the end of October.

We would strongly recommend that you visit the local schools before you make your final decision of your school choices.  Open day dates and times can usually be found on the school websites or on the Greenwich school admission website. Please inform Discovery school office about your visits if your child will be absent for a daytime visit.
