Breakfast and Tea Clubs

At Discovery Primary School we offer before and after school provisions, Breakfast and Tea Club. Each club can accommodate 50 children.

Breakfast club costs £4.00 per child, per day and includes a healthy breakfast.

Breakfast club is open from 7.30am until 8.50am Monday – Friday.  At 8.45am the children are escorted to their classrooms ready to start school at 8.50am.

Tea club costs £10.00 per day for your first child and £7.50 for each sibling thereafter, per day and will include a healthy two course meal.

Tea club runs from 3.10pm until 6.00pm Monday – Thursday. During this time the children will be involved in many different stimulating activities to continue their learning in a safe, fun and homely environment. If you are late collecting your child there will be a late collection fee of £5.00 charged.

Please note there is no Tea Club on a Friday.

All fees must be paid for a month in advance, either through the office or by our online SIMS Agora payment system. If you do not pay a month in advance your child’s space will be withdrawn.

Both clubs are based in our Key Stage 1 hall. Access can be gained by ringing the bell on the blue gate, situated next to the school car park.

Please print this form and return it to the school office, if you do not have a printer at home you can request a copy from the school office. You must specify which days you require and those days must be paid for whether your child attends or not. If your child does not attend for any reason you will still be charged.

Once you have returned your form to the school office, you will be advised if a space is available and then given a contract to sign to confirm your child’s space.
